According to the Distance Contracts Act, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal, from when you received your order, if you regret your purchase. Please note that if the product is returned in a condition that is worse than what is reasonable to test the function and properties of the product, you may have to compensate the loss of value of the product. If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to products with a personalized design. However, it is possible to cancel a personalized order before it is produced. Always double-check the order confirmation sent to your email once your order has been processed and contact our customer service team directly if you want to cancel your order. We cannot cancel a product's custom design if it has already been produced.
